Once you graduate, what do you plan to do next? I will start work at a private group practice. I have already got the job and I am very excited about the practice!

1) Over the next year, I plan to build up a practice based on insurance and word of mouth referrals for individual counseling. I also plan to develop a therapy group on resilience training and another therapy group for seniors with a loved one who has dementia. I am very excited! 2) Within three years, I plan to accumulate enough supervised hours to become a licensed mental health counselor. I have already found my supervisor and it is a wonderful fit. 3) I also plan to gain admission into a PhD program. I will apply to several hybrid programs and meet with potential faculty to determine the best fit.
